Improve Your Shot. Improve Your Game.

Proper shooting mechanics are imperative and a lot of players have deficiencies or are just not strong enough to maintain proper angles and balance, which is critical to consistent shooting success. The program will consist of 5 Saturdays. It will consist of 45 minutes with Steve (performance) and 45 minutes with Coach Dave (shooting exercises/form). It will be split- 7 do performance, while 7 work on court (and then flip).

Athlete Performance will be taking shooters through exercises that will work on things such as balance/stability, body control, rotational control, and proper jumping/landing mechanics. All of these things are designed to develop the efficiency and consistency necessary for the new skills and techniques the athlete will be learned on the court.


We will also be working on:

• lateral movement

• footwork


We’re extremely excited to be able to have our players work with Steve and AP - he’s worked with some of the best basketball players in the world.
