Welcome!  

I work with shooters from 3rd grade to professional players, male and female--from individual 1 on 1, to small groups to large clinics and camps.  I've developed shooting curriculum for a number of programs and hundreds of individuals.

The younger I can work with a player to create good habits and consistency, the better.  As players take more shots and rep "their" shot, any changes, tweaks or rebuilds, take more time, from 60-90 days of consistent work. We strive to teach and roll out programs and exercises to get players in comfortable positions to make shots, understand why they miss and help create more consistent and confident shooters--from feet to follow through!  When we isolate problem areas, I teach "why" and introduce drills to work on the process of "fixing" ongoing issues that cause misses.  It is a process, but once bought in, achieves a high rate of success!
