About the Event
If your player needs help and instruction on the basics of shooting the ball properly- this workshop is for you. We will discuss the keys of shooting and work on our shooting muscles and the proper upper and lower body mechanics to get your shooter on the right track to be a solid shooter as they develop as a player. Player needs to bring own basketball.
